Ok, we are 5-1 and get J Reed back this week. Who would have thought we would be getting our stud DL after his 6 game suspension with a 5-1 record? GO HAWKS!!!

I would not expect much from Reed his first week or two. I am sure he will be on a limited snap count. I hope he brings the added pressure our D needs. I feel they have not been pressuring the QB as much as they should for the talent they have.

Hasn't he been practicing? I'd assume he'd be a near full go

Pretty sure when you're suspended, you're not allowed at the facility once the season starts.

This. He can now practice starting this week. We could use the boost.

Yeah, Reed did the full pre-season thing, but not allowed at team facility while suspended.

Hopefully he's done a good job of staying in shape. I think that will say a lot about him and his future contract outlook if he comes in in shape or out of shape. Hopefully he'll kickstart the dline.

He was allowed to practice in training camp, and all through the preseason. I'd also bet the coaches talked to him daily, and they had a plan for him everyday. He isn't rolling up in here like a guy who hasn't been doing anything for months.

Zero sacks on Mayfield... Yeah, all help is needed on the pass rush. Reed has a chance to prove he makes the difference.

I doubt he has been sitting on his couch for six weeks consuming pizza and ice cream. He will be ready. He has something to prove. Contract year, limited time.

You are more interested in sacks than me.

Zero recorded QB hits and pressure, vs a bad OL.

Unfortunately the return of Reed is countered by the loss of Dissly our stud TE. It's a bittersweet moment.

While I really like Will, TE are a lot less important that a pass rushing DL. You can have a average TE, and still win. It's tough to win playoff games without a pass rush. I also think Reed will help our rushing D a lot. We got gashed yesterday, and our only loss was because we couldn't stop the Saints RB.
