49ers Kittle and ward likely to miss this game. Bosa limited . This division might be ripe for the taking for the Hawks or Cards . Injuries starting to look like 2020. Hopefully not
Your squad is old as all get out roster wide. Time to rebuild around your weenie armed stanky ass quarterback guy. Lmfao

Rams flat out have a decent chance here. Purdy is without Kittle and Debo it’s looking like and for the record Purdy has never won a game without Debo.

Get out the popcorn.
Rams played well at the end and deserved the win. Niner D and Special Teams collapsed. Purdy completed 22 of 30 with SIX drops including the one to Bell that would have likely won the game.

RE your Deebo stat, thats completely false.

Yes, they were 0-3 LAST year without Deebo, but Purdy won 3 games without Deebo in his rookie year.

They abandoned the run late while up 10, as is the Shanahanigan tradition.

Yes....but if Bell catches a ball that hit him in both hands they win anyway. Sigh.

I have no concerns about Brock. I have HUGE concerns RE special teams and D.

Btw, 49ers defense 24th in points scored against, 18th in total yards given up and 30th in yards per play. (Seahawks defense 7th in points against, 6th in total yards, 1st in yards per play.)

Do you think the 49ers will get better once Dre Greenlaw returns, and Hufanga is 100%? Or is Sorenson, the new DC, the problem?

We watched this same story arc with our defense over the years. The talent level degrades over time, the shuffling defensive coordinators are a shadow of what was, the scheme gets dated and doesn't adapt.

Getting Greenlaw back if he's close to his old self will be a HUGE lift as LBs right now not named Warner are BAD (Tho I like Dee Winters and hoping he gets more play), but I think its more than that. I think Sorenson is green but so was Ryans early.

Basically...they've been bad and I dunno if they'll improve or this is just what they are now. Too early to tell.

Not to be a dick, but I really could give a crap either way. :p
All good. I corrected it because I hear people say that in the media ALOT and they never look at his rookie year.

The 49ers defensive stats will get better when they face the Patriots this weekend. Stats are deceiving. Stafford and Darnold are big armed QBs. Darnold gashed our second year safety with a Jefferson bomb, Stafford had a big bomb play for a TD and two large bombs for pass interference. That will skew the numbers with a 3 game sample. We were starting to see shades of this down the stretch and in the playoffs last year, They are not as good as two years ago, but they will not end up 24-30.

Having said this, it bodes well for the Seahawks against the 49ers because the Metcalf/Geno tandem has been excellent with down field bomb plays this year

More injuries for the 49ers... • Christian McCaffrey is seeing a specialist in Germany regarding his Achilles Tendinitis• Brock Purdy is day-to-day with back soreness and will undergo an MRI• Javon Hargrave will miss the rest of the season (triceps)

wow

The Bell tools after years on top, salaries but injury recovery as well as going into the playoffs and a shorter off season where the time to heal from a long season is shortened and in doing so your become susceptible to others.

All true.

D isn't the same for sure.

...but O is actually better. They are playing well without CMC and last game without Kittle or Deebo.

Also worth mentioning....Purdy had 319 yards, but the scheme in Minnesota on D is flat nuts. Will be interesting to see how the Seahawks handle it when they play.

Niners vs. Seahawks would depend on whether Seattle can stop the running game. Without CMC or Deebo, I have difficulty seeing how the Niners could score more than 21 points without running all over us.
