100%. Of course, that was back when pro sports were still a man's game. Then the soy-boys came along and a softer than Charmin general population. And, yes, I'm fully aware I've become the grumpy old man.I don't know, I think the NFL and NBA were at their best pre 2000s when players legit hated other players and teams.
Ain't that the truth100%. Of course, that was back when pro sports were still a man's game. Then the soy-boys came along and a softer than Charmin general population. And, yes, I'm fully aware I've become the grumpy old man.
Imagine if they lost tomorrow. The meltdown would be epicMeh. The 49ers have swept us for the first time since 2011. WE have been the spoilers and aggressors for the most part over the past decade. Now that they have a championship-caliber roster, they get to hoot and holler and show their frustration over being the ones usually at home watching us in the playoffs, here and there notwithstanding.
if they do, i'll be tempted to revive my old thread:Imagine if they lost tomorrow. The meltdown would be epic
That's insulting to actual douches which perform a valuable function in societyI hate the 9ers and their douche fans. (a large portion anyway)
odd, I think the Seahawks and their fans are pretty much like all other fans. The fan bases I don't care for are the ones that have large number of fans wishing injury on the other team, like the NBA Rockets and Grizzlies and the Dolphins. It's been a lot of fun reading 49er opponents game day threads this last 10 weeks. A lot of contrast between before the game and after.I hate the 9ers and their douche fans. (a large portion anyway)

Yeah!Hate is such a powerful and unnecessary word.
Let's just hope it's a good game and nobody gets hurt.
The more we can learn to love and respect one another, the better off we will be as a society
