Yeah, that billboard has always had some sort of problem with the driver boards for the display, there's always pixel breakups in part of it... and it really is located in the middle of a pile of junk, rusted out cars and trucks, abandoned boats...

Wow, I didn't realize it was so far out. Fife is about 15-16 miles south of SeaTac. That is unbelievable.
