At -140, I think that is too much juice to play on a Seahawks over. On the plus side I would prefer to risk my $ on Seattle winning the division. With San Fran being the presumptive favorite based on the over/under numbers here, you will be able to get a good return on your investment betting on the division championship.

No, not at all. I would bet individual games on an individual basis. This 'futures' wagering is a different animal.

If you think the Seahawks will win more than eleven games, I would advise taking any money one is willing to risk on that wager and placing it on Seattle to win the NFCWest, or, alternatively place it on the San Francisco 49ers Under for win totals at better odds than -140.
