We may have been tied with the Colts at this point in 2005. They finished 14-2 and we finished 13-3 (losing the last game of the year with our backups in).

I don't know when the Colts got their 2nd loss, so we may have been tied for the best record then.

WE were the Colts' 2nd loss in 2005. Of course, Indy had already started resting a few guys since they had the #1 locked up. Manning didn't even play into the 2nd quarter, and Edgerrin James, Dallas Clark, and Reggie Wayne were out by halftime.
