So I know a gift is exactly that...a gift. And this is how it's been being that you get one STH gift regardless of if you have 1 Season ticket or 10. But yeah anyone know why they just choose to do it this way? I'm pretty sure the vast majority of Season Ticket Holders have at least 2 tickets and whether the gift is a hat/beanie or a license plate frame. I mean is it that unheard of that perhaps the STH would want maybe one gift per Season ticket or perhaps at least one for every pair? Again I realize it's a gift, but still seems a bit sad. Almost makes me wish I could have my ticket manager split my tickets into two separate accounts just so I can get two gifts or something.

Because the gift is for the purchaser. Not the STH attendees.

Yeah it kinda sucks, I am suppose to be splitting season tickets with my stepsister. She put the deposit down and is the one who gets all the emails. I don't understand why we both can't be ticket holders and just have them next to each other.

I always thought it was corny to get one gift, but I'm over it. It is what it is, and it's better than nothing.

A) This is Seahawks.NET and not the customer service for the Seahawks. If you don't like it, complain (strenuously) to your rep. I personally think they should either send one gift for every two tickets OR offer the opportunity to buy additional "gifts" for people who share tickets. I have eight tickets on my account for three families. It would be nice to be able to get three of whatever the gift is.

B) It's been done this way for years. If you don't like it, you can ask your rep to break your tickets out into separate accounts. It's something to consider if it cheezes you off every year. You may get reamed on the fees in that they charge more for people who have post 2009 accounts... but I know this will work as my rep suggested it as a possibility for me.

Nah, not worth the effort. Just being a season ticket holder is good enough, I feel lucky to have been one since '93.

a) just seeing if anyone else felt the same way about it.
b) I may go this route, I'll have to relook into what the extra fee is and determine if that's "worth it" to me.

Seems like an incredible hassle to have numerous accounts (would be 3 for me as well) and paying on 3 different accounts, waiting on 3 sets of tix. All just to get a couple extra gifts?? There are a ton of items you can get at the team shop, or pretty much anywhere, that are Seahawk related.

Obviously you guys have no clue how lucky you are

I'd gladly give my left and right to be able to go to just 1 home game a year.

This whining over the gift for STH is regurgitating

Yeah, because the purchaser's wife didn't share in that purchase, that's why he bought two tickets, one for him and one for his girlfriend he's cheating on his wife with and god knows SHE doesn't deserve a Seahawk cap.

In this thread...

People complaining about having Season Tickets for the Seahawks and only getting one extra gift that they cant share with their wife apparently.

Yikes, Entitlement.

Yeah, that's it, entitlement. Geezus, it's just an observation. It's a free gift, it's not that important. Nice when people think they actually know you and can make judgements on someone you've never met. Anyone who actually knows me is fully aware of how incredibly lucky I consider myself to be a season ticket holder. Being able to afford to do it (barely some years) and to keep them for 20 years. I don't take it for granted, but you can think whatever you want, doesn't matter.

I automatically assume that whenever someone is a Niners fan that they eat babies and have sex with horses.

You have a good point Zag, I'm guilty of those assumptions. That and they kiss their biceps, dissapear from the stands in the 3rd quarter if the team is down, stab people for no reason whatsoever and hate everything good, ever.

I have 10 season tickets and got two gifts sent to me last week. I have not in the past though, so I was pleasantly surprised. A license plate cover for my dad and myself.
