    Seahawks signing CB Noah Igbinoghene

Fair enough. I just hope he doesn't turn out to be Quinton Dunbar or Cary Williams type of outcome.

    Seahawks signing CB Noah Igbinoghene

Didn't say he sucks. All I said was I didn't know who he is. One interception in 5 seasons for a starting CB is not very impressive.

    Seahawks signing CB Noah Igbinoghene

I can't comment on this player because I don't know who he is. He's been in the NFL but really never heard much about him. I didn't know that Nashon Wright, Bears, was a FA. He just signed a 1 yr $5.5M contract with the Jets. That would have been the guy I would have gone for. He's the ballhawk...

whats up with Randy and CAL

Apparently Cal snubbed Naylor too but Josh isn't crying over it.

    RB options?

Cam Akers is still on the team and he might have something left in him. He's only 27.

    Dareke Young headed to Vegas

Kept Shaheed from going to Vegas but Dareke Young went there. I think the tradeoff is in the Seahawks favor. Young was good on ST but D'Anthony Bell is too and he's back. I believe the ST will be just fine without Young.

    RB options?

Antonio Gibson is available too. I didn't realize he was released by the Patriots. He would be another to kick tires on. He was soild for the Commanders a few years ago.

    Geno Stone, Safety, UFA

This is how I see it too. I'm putting more weight to his time with the Ravens while Macdonald was the DC. He led the NFL with 7 Ints.

    Geno Stone, Safety, UFA

I noticed that Geno Stone is an UFA from the Browns. However, he played for the Ravens under Mike Macdonald. I wonder if they are looking to possibly sign him. He played very well when he was with the Ravens. https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/4240575/geno-stone.

    RB options?

It's good they are being patient. I think going the draft route is the best. Not really any decent guys available out there in FA, lots of riff raff. Don't need another LenDale White situation. Unless they want to make a trade for Derrick Henry or Jonathan Taylor. I'd be okay with that.

    GeNo to the jets!!?! Rumorish

Next stop for Sam is SB61

    Trey Hendrickson

Bengals defense has been putrid even with Hendrickson playing. No thanks to an aged defensive guy who would ruin the chemistry of the current DL. Should have just stuck with Mafe.

    Organization is cheap

Seahawks are signing most of their own players first. That's the way to keep winning championships. The ones they have lost went because of the money. Glad the Seahawks are staying fiscally responsible.

Geno Smith done in Vegas after one season

Geno Smith better write back soon.....his chances of being signed are rapidly dwindling.

    Shaheed stays!!!

Had a feeling he was going to be signed once Walker left. Now you know why the Rams are scrambling to sign DBs.

    Tua To the falcons

He'll be holding a clipboard as Penix is the starter in Atlanta.

    Walker to the Chiefs

Jonah Coleman is over a ton? He must of went on the Eddie Lacy diet. Holy smoke who is going to bring him down? Could solve OL issues with just one draft pick.

    Brennen Davis

Because Young has potential for power and could be the next Bret Boone. Rivas does not. He's basically a poor man's Joey Cora.
