    I think, without a doubt, Russ is the best player in Seahawks history. He has placed this team on his shoulders and won games single handedly. But he is human and will have bad games and today was one of those.

    Totally agree. I think he has already matched Clowney’s sack number from last year. If we can get healthy our d-line might be able to start getting some pressure and not need to rush as much. We can hope.

    There is no way we will be competing for a SB with this defense. A lot will need to change on defense before we will be competing for any Super Bowls. This is just a fact.

    I do totally agree that injuries may be the biggest factor in determining the success of any team. I truly believe if we could remain healthy, without the major injuries we have had the past few years that we could be in contention for a championship. I do think we have to get some more help...

    Brian Schottenheimer

    I have to say I have been pleased with the offense and think Schottenheimer has done a really nice job the past few years. I think he and Wilson are on same page and working well together. I remember a lot of people wanted Joe Deflippo (sp) and I am glad with the way things have turned out.

    I think he could win rookie of the year as well. I am not sure what other rookie has been playing as consistently well as Metcalf. I could be missing someone but he needs to be in the discussion.

    He has been good but he did cost them a game though. Myers hasn't yet. I agree with someone that said this seems to be a bad year for kickers. I mean some of the best in history have been horrid this year. I think we should just stick with him.
