    Damn You Rams

Probably not, but it could've. There was an outside chance that we could've locked up the division before our game next week if the Rams had beat the 49ers this week and we got help from MIN, PHI, and ATL. Now that ship has sailed, and all that matters is beating SF next week.

    A Near Perfect Day.

We actually need the Vikings to keep winning. We need the Vikings, Eagles, and now the Falcons to keep winning, and root against the Packers, Redskins, and Saints to give us the strength of victory tie breaker over the 49ers.

Duane Brown called out for sack of RW

The refs were very hands-off during that game. If I remember right, we only had one penalty, and it was a 30 yard DPI. We got away with a few delays of game and a false start.

    Saints fan dropping in...

You must not have been paying attention. He was widely regarded as the front runner for MVP for about six weeks in October and early November until Lamar Jackson surpassed him.

Need SF to win next week

I assume you're getting your information from ESPN's Playoff Machine, because it gave me the same outcome and explanation. Unfortunately its tie breakers are a little broken. If we're tied at 13-3 after week 17, that means that either we dropped a game and then swept the 49ers, in which case...

Official NFL Power Rankings Week 12

Also considering the poster has one total post, and its not the end of the regular season yet, this definitely looks suspicious. As a cyber security professional, I highly advise against clicking the link.

Do we root for SF tonight?

There isn't really a wrong answer. Both outcomes tonight favor the Seahawks. But if the Seahawks don't win today, then we definitely need to root for the Packers tonight.

Is age finally catching up to Drew Brees?

In 3 of his final 4 games last year, Brees yards per attempt was under 6. Last Sunday against the Falcons it was 6.38, but he completed 71% of his passes. As I was watching the game, I couldn't help but notice he had no zip on his throws and he didn't take any deep shots. And considering the...

    Reed, Clowney........and Ansah?

Did you see something from Ansah to indicate he may be ready to contribute?

    Greatest Seahawk One-Hit Wonders

From our perspective, you could call Kerney a one-hit wonder. But he had a successful career before joining the Seahawks.

    Crazy stat of the day

Has to be just regular season. In 2014 we lost to the 12-4 Patriots and in 2015 we lost to the 15-1 Panthers.

What would it take for Wilson to win MVP?

A lot of whiners on this site. I guess it’s true that half our fan base joined in 2012. Location has nothing to do with the MVP vote. It mattered in the 80s and 90s, but as the internet grew in popularity, everyone could see who’s good and who’s not. Shaun Alexander won the MVP in 2005. And...

What would it take for Wilson to win MVP?

Voting happens at the end of the regular season. Winning the Super Bowl would be irrelevant.

What would it take for Wilson to win MVP?

I think it will take a first round bye and leading the league in two of these three stats: passing TDs, passing yards (meaningless but voters care), and passer rating.

If you could only have one....

I'd take Fitzpatrick because of longer team control, and IMO safety is a bigger need. Although Ramsey is the better player.

Now that week 1 is behind us....

A washed up/broken Eric Berry is probably still better than Tedric Thompson.

Whats your BOLD prediciton for Sunday?

For the first time in the Pete Carroll era, the Seahawks score a touchdown on the season's opening drive.

Russ has beaten 29 of the 32 NFL teams

That list was QBs who've beaten every team. They had to switch teams to do it. Brady has only played for the Patriots.

Expert prediction - our defense #30

A previous boss of mine used to write for Bleacher Report. He quit after just a few articles because they had no interest in journalistic integrity or whatever you want to call it. His editors wanted him to put a scandalous slant on everything, even if it wasn't true. Bleacher Report is more...
