Is the NFL too lenient on PED users

Would you agree that it helps in reducing pain? From that aspect, it definitely enhances performance in that their bodies can endure more punishment before they need to be shut down.

Deep dive into Darrel Taylor's game?

The point of setting the edge is to make sure that the running back does not have a clear lane to the outside. By keeping the blocker you are taking on from turning you, you force the running back to try a lane to the inside where the pursuit from your teammates should be able to make the tackle.

Deep dive into Darrel Taylor's game?

I will not go into a whole bunch of x's and o's on this question, because it boils down to the players attitude. Setting the edge is about desire to beat the blocker. Taylor has no desire to take on a blocker head on. His play has always been predicated on his quickness allowing him to get...

    Free Agent News--other teams

We need difference makers on the front seven far more than IOL in the first round.

Sam Howell is our Brock Purdy, until he isn't.

Weird seeing Me3 fans, who were marks for him for a decade now hating the Howell trade. As was pointed out, Howell does a lot of Me3 things.

    Justin Fields a Steeler!

Twenty-one is a high number. However, Howell's 3.4 interception percentage his first year starting was lower than Fields' 3.7 his first year starting and his 3.5 in year two of starting. The only thing Fields has advantage on is his legs.

    Bobby Wagner

Wore my Lofa jersey yesterday. You are definitely right that Lofa was the difference. However, I will bring up Marcus Tubbs (also have his jersey) getting paired with free agent Chuck Darby played a major role in our defense that year. Everyone points to losing Hutchitraitor to why we didn't...

    Our pre-draft Front Seven

Not sure if a three time pro bowler beating the Seahawks is much of an upgrade on the point. I am not disagreeing with you, but pro bowlers and hall of famers beating the Seahawks is not a great example.

    Our pre-draft Front Seven

Two hall of famers shredded Seattle? That seems a little ineffective in making a point.

    Darryl Taylor

Clint Hurrt was a bad defensive line coach Taylor's first season. He was a much worse defensive coordinator for Taylor's year two and three. I have defended Taylor more than anyone on this board and I wanted him gone. However, given Hurtt's lack of ability, Taylor may be a lump of clay waiting...

    Seahawks sign Jerome Baker LB

It kind of surprises me how many are against a short contract considering we have no idea what system we are even running yet. Everything that has come from Macdonald is that he tailors his system to his players. There are hundreds of examples of free agents getting high dollars off of what they...

    Aaron Donald retiring

White played both in one season early in his career. As far as Donald, he probably got warning that the league office caught up to the HGH formula he was taking.

    Cody Barton to the broncos

Barton got his own thread? Wow. Some serious double standards on the board nowadays. Good for Cody. Hope he does well now that we don't have picks from the Broncos.

    Darryl Taylor

For as much as some like Clowney and how much they dislike Taylor, Clowney has never had a better sack season total than Taylor has.

    Sam Howell is Geno's Backup!!

Has a pretty live arm. Needs seasoning. I hate losing a third in the deal. I'd be amazed if we don't trade back a few times now to recoup picks.

    Taylor, Jackson and Rhattigan resigned.

That looks a lot more reasonable than the 3/24 that someone "reported"
