Pitching was really good tonight. The bats do enough.

Nice way to start the series and the home stand.

Logan with 7 strong. A bit of a struggle in 1st, giving up a run, but solid the rest of the way.

Cal with the game winning 2 RBI single.

Bazardo with a scoreless 8th. Munoz throwing triple digits and gets the save.

Logan actually going deep into the game, finally. Dude seems to get everyone to a 3-2 count. Love him, one of my favorite pitchers, but he flat out needs to go deeper in games, imo. But like others have said, having Cal back is massive. Baseball is so much mental over everything else at times. For a pitcher, having his guy behind the plate? Priceless.
That being said, the Piggyback thing is stupid, and I doubt I'll budge on that.

I only see this lasting until the trade deadline. With Anderson emerging one of these pitchers will get traded for a Bat. I have a feeling its going to be Logan since Luis's contract is just to much to offload

I think it would be Kirby. NOT who I want to be traded, but he's more an east coast guy.

Most shocking stat about last night: M's only struck out TWICE the entire game. I have a feeling that has never happened
You notice the strikeouts are down?
I don't know what the comp is to the last 2-3 years, but I've noticed
in most games it's been pretty mild.

I think LG has less time before FA, so I think he will be traded, I don't
see the M's wanting to pay him Ace type money that he hasn't earned.

Joe and Mastro... BLEEEHHHHHHH. Raley and Naylor day to day, Randy out till about Trade deadline roughly.

Maybe the second half is where we get healthy and just finally pull away.

Also while it doesnt mean much. I do love this ONE button on ESPN (otherwise loath the site unless I want to do a gamecast)
