Well if he ever wins another one as a Seahawk, he will be the best ever. Unquestionably.

Playing Devil's advocate, the argument against Mac being the greatest is that he didn't inherit the same empty cupboard that Pete had to deal with. I can't remember the numbers, but in his first season, Pete turned over the roster by well over 50%. It was one of the most extreme one-year roster turnovers in league history.

I agree AROS. I've been following Macdonald since Michigan and this dude is a defensive genius. We'll be a top 3 defense every year with him as our HC. I truly believe this upcoming season with the DB's we drafted, I just have a feeling Macdonald has his version of the LOB in the making. Bud Clark and Julian Neal are ball hawking monsters.
