I remember back when I had season tix one time. It was a night game against the Packers IIRC. It snowed through the first half and stopped for the 2d half, but by then they had altered the bus schedules and I got stuck trying to get to the Tuckwila park & ride to get to my vehicle. Thankfully, I knew someone who lived in Seattle. I got hold of him to give us (me and my brother) a ride to Tukwila.

Kind of colored my opinion of prime time games.

On the large scale, not a real fan of them. Now that I don't have the ST situation, I'm a bit softer on them, but really prefer the traditional Sunday games. 🤷‍♂️

I remember that game. Our bus to the lot in Tacoma stopped about 2 miles short of our car, opened the door and said everyone out. Had to walk the 2 miles and then I5 was shut down south of Olympia. Stayed the night in a hotel.

Brutal.

The freeze line was the stadium. Everyone headed North didn’t have the same issues.

Oh man, that GB game. Funny you mention Kent. My coworker lives in kent and it took her 7 hours. One of those nights you never will forget. Roads were an ice rink.

I may not get Sunday ticket this year b/c all the PT games. It’s just too much money to spend to watch a handful of games. I’m sure the Seahawks will be the broadcast Sunday game out in Utah three or four times. Then add in the primetime games that ST doesn’t cover and I’m not sure I see nearly $400 bones of value.

Sunday ticket should get you every game no question asked. Now to watch every game, you need regular TV, Sunday ticket, Hulu, Netflix, Prime, Peacock, Paramount, Paramount plus, Starzz, HBOMAX, Disney Plus, and Pornhub premium. It’s ridiculous.

Once my bud got us to my car in Tukwila, I had to drive my bro home to Auburn by the Res and then drive back to Kent. Yeah, aftermath of that game sucked.

I'm in the same boat, I think I'm going to get my son to give me his military discount ($199). That might make it easier to digest.

This was a SEAHAWKS night to remember
I was at that game too
We could see the wall of dark clouds and the dark night but eerily lit like it was gonna snow
We realized we might have to leave early and I know EXACTLY where and when I-5 ceased having any traffic
It was the long uphill slope southbound that peaks about Des Moines
There were stuck vehicles littered on both sides of the freeway so it ended up being 3 lanes cuz nobody could see lines at all
Just about the peak of the hill 2 semis were really boggin down on both outer lanes and i yelled HANG ON to my two buds and we went between em , just as they stopped and traction said they go no farther and a semi right behind us did exactly the same and immediately after we passed , not a car in sight , which seemed odd but now all 3 lanes behind us blocked and we noticed flashing roadblocks at all the on ramps it was a total shutdown so we left at the VERY last second we could to make it home , but when , ever in your life , I realized are you gonna be on I-5 alone with out any traffic or cops
So of course I did a couple doughnuts on and we laughed and then zig zagged for a while , it was a hell of a night and listening to 710 of the seahawks comin back and win the game was icing on yet another seahawks related story I have had through my years of fandom , there are quite a few
I feel for all the rest of you but for the 3 of us it was like a Christmas miracle
I love this team and hope they never leave and win more owls
Go Hawks
