Tez is #1 for sure. Notable mentions that haven’t been mentioned that I’ve seen:

Rufus Porter
Michael McCrary
Rocky Bernard

I always enjoyed watching Red Bryant being a bully playing DE. Super sized (6'4" 320 lbs) DE on a 4-3 defense was definitely unique. Great leader, similar to Jarran Reed in that aspect.

Here is a cool video of Red giving a speech, he was retired at this point, to Seahawks players.

I have seen them all since ground zero. It is Tez hands down, the guy would get TRIPLE teamed, Wooden, Woods and Green all were benefactors. I am 6'2 a healthy 205 and have been since the late 80s, when meeting Tez he was actually a little shorter than me and didn't really look all that "big" around the body but he was built like a tank. Tez was also very, very quick. Funny, when I met Cortez Kennedy I also met a few of the other players, one that stood out was Rick Mirer because he was a tiny looking fk and a bleeding vaginal canal. Sure, Mirer was a nice guy but he looked like Russ only didn't have an arm and couldn't run for shit. He also spoke like he was in mid puberty. Sorry, I hated that pick with a passion when it happened. :)

Tez's initial burst off the snap was awesome to watch. The way he shot off the line just fudged up a lot of plays for opposing offenses. You dont get MVP at DT unless you're special. Looked like a man amongst boys. Great person too

I'm just going to say the 1996 Seahawks Defensive Line as a whole. The four starters (McCrary, Sinclair, Adams and Tez) tallied 40 sacks as a group. Give Coach McDonald that type of domination from your starting four and he'd have a blast calling Defense.
