I found this to be interesting how people can get so worked up about something so stupid. And I LOVE the "Low Key Seahawks" that aren't tooting their own horn."

Here's What Kay Adams Said About The SEAHAWKS That Upset Everyone (except 12's!)

A rare time I agreed with Salk this morning. This narrative (god I hate that word) that it was a "Fluke" is hilarious.
A Shock or a Surprise, absolutely. There's a massive difference between a shock and a fluke, imo.
They dominated just about every team they played in 2026. Not even remotely close to a fluke.
But I do enjoy listening to people who hate the Hawks and their constant attempts at downplaying the champs.

No doubt, and that's all we can ask for. I get a feeling this team is going to be good for a long while. Not easy in the era of free agency.

YEP!

Total number of points they lost by was 10. They were 10 points shy all year from running the table. Calling that success a fluke is a joke, to even suggest that requires an insane amount of copium.

The f#@%ed up thing is Seattle got better this off season...I can all ready taste the tears.

I love our guys being under the radar this off-season despite being champs. Instead of being in the spotlight they are doing things like showing up at voluntarily camps when they were even excused from coming but wanted to be there.

Pretty nice breakdown about how we have a pretty good chance to repeat. Nothing guaranteed, of course, but I like our chances.
Exactly. As was said before...did we surprise a bunch of people? Yep.

A few different models showed the hawks as one of the best performing teams in the history of the league. None of the players lost in FA were considered elite at their position and are all replaceable with decent, reasonable confidence.

The probabilities of any team to repeat is going to be statistically low, but this team's chances lean heavier than most on the favorable side of those low probabilities.

My wager last year had 60-1 odds. They stand at 10-1 for the 2026 season. Might not be the same payout, but still worth risking a Benjamin IMO.

As ever the Hawks are like Rodney Dangerfield and "don't get no respect". Some folks need to adjust their views and look at realities. The opening remarks are pretty appropriate here.

The team was pretty convincingly good on D last season and Sam proved he's a good solid QB and can play well under pressure. The observations about the number of points they allowed all year and a 14-3 record speaks well of them in the regular season. The beatdown they laid on the 49ers for Division title was also pretty convincing. The team played two late season games against the Rams and won both though they had "luck" in the first of those games. They got beaten by a better Seahawks team in the second though get little credit for it.

Same ol', same ol' !!!

Total points lost by was 9.

Game 1. 9ers 17, Hawks 13.
Game 5. Buc's 38, Hawks 35.
Game 11. Rams 21, Hawks 19.

Yep. All we’re gonna need is injury avoidance luck because we definitely have the coach and the squad.

I guess the odds of them “repeating” might be high, but what does last year have to do with this year.
