I don’t know much about him either but I find it intriguing as he has worked under Quinn who we know is a really good defensive coordinator and is a line coach which we could really use a level of expertise in. I’m not saying we should hire him but I like the possibility.

Rex Ryan is interviewing for the Cowboys DC position. I'll take Rex Ryan as our DC over this guy. 2 former DC's from the Ravens with stout defenses, I'm cool with that.

I don't think sexy rexy is the DC you want under the youngest HC in the league. Nothing against MM, but he will have a steep learning curve, which I think he will conquer. No reason to add a guy with a history of drama under him.
And with Frazier on staff, he a veteran defensive minded coach, doesn’t need another veteran defensive minded coach with a big personality.

At a minimum checks the Rooney box if Cullen is the real target.

Interesting background as a Brit trying to break into American FB as a player.

I dont know if MM & Rex mesh? If they did work together and say they put the #1 defense together over a couple years, @ Rex's age we wouldn't have to worry about him getting poached for a HC job elsewhere. I don't see MM as on a power trip and isn't going pick his Coordinators based on age or someone he can control. Our OC is the BIG question? New OC will need to basically have full control of that side of the ball, and not be micromanaged.

This article claims Durde is the NFL's first British coach...so is Ejiro Evero not British?
He was born in England, but grew up in California. Maybe his parents weren’t UK citizens? UK has a much more complicated system than the US squat & drop rules.
