    I keep seeing people say this - "no picks". Not true. In the 2022 draft, we have a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th. Not to mention potential compensatory picks. 2022 is also the last draft with the Jamal Adams landslide hanging over us, too.

    How many more seasons do we need to see? This team hasn't gotten past the Divisional Round of the playoffs since the 2014 season. I know we are spoiled, but the bar has been set very high in the Carroll era. Something isn't working. It's not all Russ, for sure.
