I had a friend who closed a grip strengthener called captain of crush, they came in levels starting with trainer and then 1234. He was the first person under 18 to close level 1. He grew up to win 2nd place in the world strongest man show. His name was Jesse Marunde, he passed away at 27. We were on the wrestling team together.

I grew up in a rural, fruit-growing area. In High School (final two years, aged 15-17) we played cricket at lunch-time. The batsman would be at the end of a open net "cage." When he missed a ball from a bowler, he'd retrieve it and toss it back to the pack waiting to become the next bowler.

Everyone would jump to try to grab it, like Australian Rules players jumping for a mark. Whoever grabbed the ball kept it, to join the queue of bowlers (there were several cricket balls).

Many kids, particularly from Greek or Italian backgrounds, had to also work very long and hard, picking fruit (particularly grapes) on their parents' orchards ("blocks"). You did NOT want to grab a ball at the same time as they did, because you'd likely get a crushed hand!

I watched my uncle bend a hardened wire bottle opener WITH ONE HAND!
If anyone thinks that isn't all that big a deal, I challenge any of you to get one, put it in a vice, and try bending it with a ballpeen hammer.
I was strong enough to pick up the rear end (engine end) of a Fiat spider; but did it took my using BOTH hands to bend one of those openers, and it left a bruise on both to get it done.
When you use the grip of your hands in doing your every-day work (6 inch recurve knife) meat cutter, your hand grip strength is your biggest asset.

So thats mostly because of how structured the forearm and bicep for him are. Everyone else is kinda shaking with no stability...

This man knows how to train muscle groups and the ones needed and it shows.. heavily.
