…you should come here.”

- Dante Fowler on what DLaw told him when considering coming to the Hawks.

The best part about this is that if I remember correctly Dlaw said that he came here last year because he wanted to win a superbowl and that wasn’t going to happen in Dallas.

This is a destination franchise after all. Now Cam Jordan and or Clowney will squad up in June guaranteed to round out the roster

I love this from Lawrence, just another tweak to the nose of Jerrah who's Cowboys while hyped to the max just don't deliver the goods when it counts. Ask yourself when it was the last time the Cowboys played in a SB. Dinosaurs still roamed the earth.

I'd be interested to hear from Fowler as to what he thinks about the MOB culture.

More Pete being too laid back. NOT saying that Coach Mike is the best coach in Hawks history or anything, but I can easily see him going down as top dog when it's all said and done. If he sticks around, he's going to be a legend, imo.

Yeah, a bit early for the crown yet, but he certainly looks like he's moving the team in the right direction. And JS is building a team that looks like it could play well for a while. In a lot of ways, 2025 kind of snuck up on people. It was a bit sketchy in the first half, but when we all looked up at the start of the playoffs, there was a lot of "Hey, look at us! We're pretty good!" talk going on. :)

Probably similar to what QDiggs said.

Diggs is a good dude. He didnt deserve the backlash he got when he left. It was pretty obvious he was a guy who cared a lot, but was surrounded by players who were taking it easy and playing for coaches who didn't value accountability. I understand how someone can check out in a situation like that. Especially in a game as violent as football where you put your health on the line every play.

A player should give 100 percent effort. His last year, he looked like he didn't care, often.
If you mean for us..to be fair.... because our defensive plan that year was to let everyone get to the third level and get a first down then tackle them. He still had the most combine tackles of his time with us that year.. mostly because why throw when you could run for 11 yards at will... his previous years when he ACTUALLY got to play safety he was normally in the position to snag the ball for the int or get a PB 5 int / 8 pb+ for three years straight, (and actually less tackles because it was getting to play the ball not the runner)

I thought he got too much heat personally
