I'm not sure why this qualifies as drama for Philly. They wanted a player, they made a trade to make sure they got said player. Zero drama.

Pittsburgh on the other hand....they were on the phone with Lemon before they were on the clock. Apparently the Eagles were trying to call him before they finalized the trade/pick but couldn't get through because the stealers were already on the phone with him. Stealers being stealers.

If the Steelers are pissed about this, it's their own fault. That would be like Seattle calling Fernando Mendoza to say he's going to be a Seahawk with pick 32 while the Raiders are on the clock at 1.

I don’t really know anything about this Lemon kid, but if I were him, I’d be pretty ecstatic right now. As shitty as the Eagles’ organization is in dealing with other teams, they seem to be pretty good to their players. I would much rather be playing for them than for Shitsburg, especially with all the drama there right now.
