He's probably faster than the current Seahawk rb group with a broken foot.Singleton broke his foot during senior bowl, after already getting outplayed by Allan.

I'm all for seeing how McIntosh does but he's timed at a slower speed than Wilson, Charbonnet, and Holani. I remember watching Zach take forever to get to the LOS.I at least have some hope for McIntosh, but I don't get what anyone has seen in Holani that would make them think "wow, THIS is the guy!".

I think this a great post .Disagree, Patriots with Bill had how many years of relevance, they kept primary pieces and rotated in FA or draft the supporting roles. Helped having a QB that would restructure and not ask for the bank as well, Money can be made Championships have to be earned and won on the field. Reid and the Chiefs have done pretty well also. They finally got Mahomes to wiggle on his deal to help the team when they started to dip. Problem is they are not in my mind as good at drafting. Once you get a formula you can be good for a while if you also understand nothing lasts forever with players and letting them go at the right time or a year early versus a year late is how to stay on top also. 49ers have been pretty good at that.
That’s exactly how I felt…when I saw ‘The pick is in’, I was shocked. When this thread first started, I thought Price.
Now I'm thinking he may just trade back and get someone like Coleman or Washington.

I was ready to hear McCoy actually. That’s exactly how I felt…when I saw ‘The pick is in’, I was shocked.
Even at that point, I felt it was Terrell or McCoy.
This is a spot on post!Total faith in JS & MM. I do know they tried to trade back but…weird draft.
I’m stoked for Price. The more I watch, the more I like.
I love that JS and MM mentioned his loyalty. Price would’ve been a starter on most/any other team…was getting NIL and recruiting out the yang. He stuck with ND.
How do you translate that? I see it as “we run at least two backs…split carries” and Price wouldn’t pull a K9 when contract time comes.
I love the ‘split-back’ model. I truly do. I feel like these guys can extend their careers and ultimately, make more $$ in the long run. A lot of teams are going this way…
Anyways. Armchair GM in me would’ve took Terrell and grabbed a back like Washington (Ark) later on.
I have a feeling JS and MM love a CB that isn’t high on many boards. Someone who’s performance/potential in our system is going to make others jelly…We’ve hit like this in the past. From Richard Sherman to UDFA Angry Doogie.
Not saying that caliber type player exists but, there’s something brewing here.
This wasn’t a ‘might as well grab Price’ move. I’m betting they could’ve moved back.
In JS and MM we trust.
I think McIntosh will be the one getting the AX.I doubt we keep four RBs, so at least one of McIntosh, Wilson, or Holani probably gets cut before week 1. Could even be two if Charbs doesn't open the season on PUP.
Assume you're not including FB in your "4 RBs" number. Right? I figure 3 from that list and our 2 hybrid TE/FB.I doubt we keep four RBs, so at least one of McIntosh, Wilson, or Holani probably gets cut before week 1. Could even be two if Charbs doesn't open the season on PUP.
I'm not. None of those three I mentioned would fit that role anyway.Assume you're not including FB in your "4 RBs" number. Right? I figure 3 from that list and our 2 hybrid TE/FB.
