There will be teams willing to jump into the 32 spot because its the last pick in the round and the last pick with the 5th year option.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that we find a trade partner at #32.

Just a side note ..............

There was a time (1800s) when the dollars to donuts idiom made a lot of sense. Today, not so much.

In the 21st century, the value of donuts and dollars are trading places. Donuts to dollars could become the replacement neo-idiom. Either that or the use of an 1800's born idiom it will simply die off into obscurity.

We are not desperate, period!

All I care about is, they take the best available FOOTBALL PLAYER AVAILABLE with every pick.

Hopefully they don’t “reach” for a particular position.

A lot of time for roster adjustments between post draft and pre training camp.

Yeah, heard some speculations this morning on AM710 about that, including possibly Arizona or the Jets. Those would only move us down a couple of spots and wouldn't give us much more than a 6th or a 7th.

They were saying we might want to drop farther, like into the 35-40 range.

But of course there are a couple of guys we'd take if they fall to us at 32 as well. Like Trackhawk said above, JS is very flexible about how he approaches the draft. Could do most anything.
It's old, but Seattle has been here before

The Vikings gave up #40 and their 4th round pick at #108 to move up to #32 from the Seahawks to grab Bridgewater and the extra year of control

2nd, 3rd and a fiveth? If the first 2nd rounder is high enough trade down again for a 3rd and a fourth? Make it so #1

I need Kilgore and Zach Branch. From 32 to 34? 34 to 39? Arizona has 34. Browns have 39. Arizona needs Simpson. Browns just wanna seem relevant. Maybe the Browns reach for a rb. Ravens 45.

No one needs Zach Branch that badly. he's Shaheed with unreliable hands.

For a lot of years John or John / Pete were picking in the 20s and I feel like those were the years we traded back a lot. Recently when we had picks in the top 20 he stayed and made picks. Now after last year's success we might be back on that trade back zone again.

This draft is so weak, I want to trade out out of the first.
The thing is after the first, I think it's a bunch of scraps, I'd consider
next year's first, this year's 2nd and third with Milroe thrown in.

2014 might well be our worst JS draft. Britt was the only successful pick, maybe you could argue Pierre-Louis played up to his draft value too - both played picked with our original picks!

I think every one of us wanted Bitonio with pick 32, instead we turned that 32 into Paul Richardson, Cassius Marsh, Kevin Norwood, Garrett Scott & Kiero Small. Great work to turn 1 pick into 5 players. But all 5 players sucked (or in the case of Garrett Scott, medically unfit to play). Hopefully we don't make the same mistake this time

Tommy want Wingey
I noticed we had bees in our mailbox at work last week so I told everyone to stay inside and watch from the window. Then I sprayed it with raid and started shouting bees they're everywhere, save yourselves while flailing around. Scared some people but made most laugh.
