ive read or seen that somewhere in an interview as well i think it was after practice i cant remember. But i've learned most dudes in the NFL will chase the money 9/10 while 1/10 will stick to their word.
All lovey dovey until the pudding is on the table.

Nevermind "i wanna win with the seahawks. and i wanna win a lot of games here" apparently 1 season is "A lot of games" But i could've swore ive heard him asked again right after practice. I may have been wrong or misheard. Sometimes its hard to hear the questions asked. (sound sucks ass)

I thought he did a good job. But in my mind not good enough to leave and then expect your chair to still be available
I think his coming back for another season or two would've helped him develop the skills he'll need to lead an organization.

It's the money. He'll sign a 4 or 5 year deal and he's set for life.

No way he gets a second chance here. The only reason kubiwak had success here is because he was forced to conform to Mike McDonalds vision for the whole team. Mike made kubiwak improve as a play caller or get out. That is why kubiwako should have stayed. Julio Rodriguez was chosen to play in the all star game last year for the mariners, but declined because he was embarrassed at his performance. Julio had too much honor and desire to be great to take the reward. Now obviously kubisnack had a much larger temptation in the millions of money, but the money was gonna be there and he wouldn’t have to go to the raiders if he had come back for his senior year.
Good luck klint with a k. You’re going to need it.

The thing is really that I’m excited about this. We need a better OC. In my opinion Kubiak only did enough to keep his job here.

That really illustrates the difference between a franchise like Seattle and a franchise like LV.
What are you like 10 years old or something?

He did his interviews during the bye weeks. (This being the second.)

Brady seemed impressed with his play calling in the NFCCG, so maybe there is something to it.

Here’s a name I would look into. Kupp would have some good insight into.

Nate Scheelhaase — Rams pass game coordinator; one of the hottest young rising candidates this cycle, often cited for creative play-calling.

We are not handing over the keys to a Super Bowl ready offense to a guy who's never called plays before. It's gotta be someone like an Arthur Smith.

Kubiak is jumping ship way too soon. Raiders are dumpster fire of a team. He should at least wait until next season. He's gonna regret doing this.

He's taking advantage of an opportunity that has presented itself. The opportunity to be a HC in the NFL. These opportunities are rare, there's no way to know if he'd get this chance again in the future.

Worst case scenario is the Raiders continue to suck, he gets fired after a year or 2, and then goes back to being an OC. Oh, and he'll be making somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 to 5 times what he makes as an OC while it lasts.

He'll be fine (and a f@ck load wealthier) even if he's a spectacular failure in Vegas.
