As I slowly come down from the clouds from last nights win, my thoughts slowly drift to the Patriots upcoming game. Am I alone, but I don't feel the anxiety as I did when we had to face the Rams. I personally feel that the Patriots will be slightly easier than our Rams game. Younger quarterback yes, faster yes, inexperience vs a fearsome Defense (if they show), put's a very good scenario where we come out victorious. Defense will want to redeem themselves, if Darnold can continue to play the way he did on Sunday...man it's going to be one hell of an exciting game...and REVENGE!

I hope they give us the 49ers locker room in Levi’s stadium. That way we can parade the Lombardi trophy around in it.

I heard on a 49er podcaster this morning that they'll have the 49ers locker room, and that Darnold could use his old locker if he wanted.

On one hand, my anxiety goes down because the Rams is definitely a tougher matchup with the typical in-division weirdness. On the other hand, my anxiety goes right back up for just that reason. It's so close now. It's right there for the taking if we don't screw it up.

While I dont have the same level of anxiousness as I did for the Rams game, I have to keep reminding myself that the game still needs to be played. Seattle will need to bring it's A game to bring a championship back to the PNW. With that said, I feel much more confident in knowing we don't have to play McVay, Stafford, or Puka again

Young Drake Maye is about to be the Tony Eason of 2026. "Peyton Manning throws ducks." lol.

Seahawks are better than the Patriots. We should win. But it's the NFL and we only to play the game once. The Rams were damn near equals.

Is Scottie expected to be in the field for that? If so, you'll be watching the one thing that day that's more of a foregone conclusion than the Seahawks winning.

Yes, he is in the field. So is Koepka and a dozen other top players.

You know why you don't feel the anxiety?

Because Tom Brady is not going to be playing QB for the Patriots.

And Bill Belichek is not going to be coaching the Patriots (and neither will his defense be there).

It will be a rookie and a former player who is the coach.

I have a feeling this game may end up being a foregone conclusion by the time we reach the middle of the 3rd quarter.

And before someone says "Don't underestimate them", I am not.

I am "estimating" them.

Wait. You are going to a golf tournament instead of watching the Seahawks play in the Superbowl? I love me some golf and play 3 days a week, but I would definitely watch the Seahawks.
