I felt oddly calm throughout the entire game. Even when the Rams went up 13-10. Even when Sam didn’t play his A game. Even when our defense didn’t play their A game. Even when Bradford had all day in the pocket with no pressure to pick apart the defense…

Oddly calm.

I don’t know why or how, it just was my zen I guess.

I guaranteed a win and I’m standing proud among my compatriots today.

I won’t say I was calm because the closer the game got to the end the more like a lunatic I became but I never once doubted we’d win today. It really feels like 2013 again with the amount of confidence I have in this team to win every week. That isn’t changing in the Super Bowl either.

By the way I’m glad you survived. I didn’t know if that 4th quarter was going to get you or not. I literally just came back on before sleep to see if you’d posted yet

You know? Watching some post game stuff just now I had no idea he had such a good game statistically. That’s the weird thing about being at the game versus watching on TV. I just remember all the bad passes and of course the good stuff too but indeed it’s an oddity how perception is different live versus TV.

I could remember only one real bad pass from him all game.

But remember, though, that Sam has a knack for making bad-looking passes turn into absolute DIMES or DOTs. (remember the TD pass to JSN against the Niners?)

Sam had some incompletions but he played so smart. He had several throw aways that earlier this year he might have tried to hard to fit them in somewhere. Was he perfect? Nah, but he had a really good game. And he did it against a team many called his nemesis for beating him in a playoff game one time. He is now undefeated against them in the playoffs as a Seahawk.

If you were to make a highlight reel of Sam in this years playoffs it would be stacked. Sam and JSN are the best duo in the game right now. But he also connected with Kupp and Bobo in huge moments. Bro has all his receiver on point right now.
