You would hope that the so called experts, who get paid to break this stuff down and understand the game, would actually do their homework and give honest knowledgeable assessments on where teams are at. Instead, we get lazy takes that any dumb fan could concoct.

They literally just look at how teams did the year prior and project that into the next season. The only ones I take seriously are guys who played the game and actually watch tape and pay attention to teams, like Stink and Chris Long.
