MM just said Jones just got banged up and Shaheed is progressing thru protocol. Greg Bell

Define "Banged up".

Is he okay? Will he play?

good god....he is one of the last people we could afford to lose in this game.

Listed as ankle/knee. Macdonald said he may practice but his press conference was before the walk through so he couldn’t guarantee anything.

To be clear we are talking about Josh not Ernest.

If he can't go, this game just got a hell of a lot harder.

I mean who would replace Josh Jones?

Also we still have Anthony Bradford on the other side as well.

Sam better put his running shoes on. 😟

Have you checked the Niner stats? They aren’t impressive.
I mean... they aren't.. but that literally wasn't the point?! 49ers didnt get pressure on the top 5 oline... point.. period.. we have a worse oline.. so not sure why we were using that as a metric for pressure is all.

It wasn’t a metric as much as the most recent example. Their defensive pressure stats are the point though as they have been bad overall not just against the bears. I don’t expect them to get miraculously better on a short week.

Rashid Shaheed being a Full Participant is huge news. 😲

It hopefully means that the concussion he got was very minor and that his body seems to be recovering fast.

Man oh man...if he can go, it would be a big-time bullet that was dodged.

We need him out there.

27th? But.... why do you ask? That doesn't change that the bears had the top 5 oline.. hence no pressure

We are bottom of the rankings....?
Point is their Dline sucks, we've played much better Dlines all season and did just fine. They should be worried about their Oline vs our Dline especially with Trent out.

Not to cast shade, but it's part of the concussion protocol to have him practice and see how he reacts. I share your hope that this is a good sign, but still holding my breath a bit til we hear the results of latest testing.
