I was in the stands yesterday and watched a Colts fan in front of me celebrate his team all-game...he wasn't particularly doing anything wrong, but watching an opposing fan stand up and do the first down signal over and over again can be frustrating when your team is barely answering back. Anyway, was happy to see him leave quickly and quietly as soon as the game sealing interception occurred.

There were two calls that I thought were particularly egregious, the PI on Jobe and a no-call on a pass to Shaheed. The swinging at JSN in an attempt to create a fumble...maybe. But I don't think there was a ref in position to see it. The action looked worse than it was because it appeared that he was delivering body blows, which is what generated the boos from the crowd.

The defender hits JSN in the head multiple times, and also raked his facemask. Whistle blows, and then JSN is tackled by another person. At the very least that's a delay of game penalty in that situation. Possible late hit. And that's if you ignore dude going Mike Tyson on JSN.

hawkblogger (Brian) said there was a fat, obnoxious Colts fan sitting next to him acting like a complete douche the entire game. He had some funny F bombs for that guy after the game in his YouTube video. 😂

I don't care about this game or the refs or Rivers or the stats. We f=got the dub and that's all I care about. Onward to Thursday night football.

For sure, that's all that matters. Still frustrating when you see the narrative influencing the game. Shades of SBXL to a degree, so maybe it is just triggering to some of us fans that experienced that first hand.

More Ref BS from Sunday, Rams get TD that was down at the 1 yard line

Jets DL ejected for hitting a ref that came up behind him while he had 4 or 5 Jag players in front of him.

Jets DL Khalen Saunders ejected for contacting an official

Colts fans are the worst. I thought Detroit may have been bad but, my family had a blast at that game.

Walking down the street towards Lucas Oil (Indianapolis stadium), there were red necks hanging out the truck yelling ‘Seattle FNG Sucks’ as I’m walking with my wife and kids (who just happened to be 13 and 9 at the time).

Hawkblogger seemed super pissed at a colts fan last night that sat beside him. He never is pretty calm unless it's the 49ers. Literally started his podcast saying F U to that fan.

And in this play, Jobe playing pretty damn clean covering the receiver, and BAM, flagged for PI. This vid juxtaposed against the one above showing JSN getting mugged like a gazelle getting body-slammed by an elephant but getting no flag. Sigh! Just really sad:

Meanwhile against the lions the NFL:

Edit: Also the NFL Said he didn’t have possession until he was in the endzone. Here’s another angle poor lighting (got it from the comments of that post)

He never had the ball at all it was on the ground and… he was still never in the endzone

Hopefully this isn’t a sign of what’s to come thursday
NFL is not even trying to be discrete when they are steering games

Oh, I was triggered just like everyone else. I thought we were gonna blow these guys out. During the 1st quarter, I'm watching Rivers and I'm thinking this guy is gonna try and pull off a Hollywood ending. As the game went on going into the second half and into the 4th and we didn't generate hardly any pressure on Rivers, I was like something is off. Anyway, I don't care the Colts are gone and we got the dub. Onward to Thursday against the Rams.

I didn't see the Rams game - but are you ******* serious?

Shit like this is enough to make me stop watching. Honestly.
I’m not sure this is being portrayed right. Not saying the Rams won’t get the rub of the green but this was actually a really tough call to officiate.
First it was difficult to ascertain whether the catch was completed before the ball becomes loose; as he was falling to the ground after taking two steps. If you think it was completed then you rule him down at the 1 yard line with his knee down. If you rule that the catch hadn’t been completed (ie. He needs to survive the ground); he loses the ball and then regathers it around the goal line, but it doesn’t appear that the ball ever hits the ground.

So they called it a TD on the field and didn’t feel there was enough to overturn it. If they had ruled him down at the 1yd line, they wouldn’t overturn it. Even after 20 slow mo replays it was v hard to see precisely and clearly what the call should be and even Blandino was on the fence. For the record, he said he would have preferred it on the 1y line as it was a stretch to say it was regathered in the end zone. Goes back to that endless wonderful question of “what is a catch” 🤣

I'm very worried now not whether Darnold can rebound and play better against the Rams but how far the Refs will go in this game to F us up the rear in favor of the LA Scams. 😡

I can just imagine Holding penalties that aren't called....PI's that aren't called....Personal Fouls that aren't called....

Sounds like the LAST GAME, don't it?
