Thanks guys, I stand corrected. Truly still love the pick and am excited to see him play when he returns.

If he can side step he can play, suit him up! On the FR, he might be the piece to put this D in the top 3!

Side note, to many members are getting "Moist" when they are not physically able to, take a cold shower bros
Not true! It's called a greasy fart!. You can tell by the sound!

It would be great to get him in this year, but no need to rush him the D-line is playing well... It's good to see him progressing in his rehab though 👍🏻👍🏻

I expect that when they activate Rylie, Mike Morris will be waived and moved, if unclaimed, to our practice squad. Morris has a similar body type and position, and though he has played respectably, they have higher expectations for Rylie. Perhaps it would be safer for the team if Morris were to develop an injury during the week. Our waiver wire is getting poached, and Morris is a good player.

The question is will he have to wait until playoffs to be activated as they're almost out of slots and will need the additional 2 playoff activation spots and we still may be one spot short from activating everyone
Really interested to see him too and sometimes still think another good edge defender could do wonders for our D but will he really be up to game speed when/if he comes back this year getting healthy at this time of years HUGE so hopefully we'll get far enough to put him in at some garbage time to help get him up to speed if he does come back
Go Hawks

Could he get some special teams experience while getting acclimated?

Well I did say I was going to die on this hill that he was going to play this year ! I’m still not sure if they are going to activate him… most still expect him to be held back.
On the IR slots as discussed on the other thread; I imagine the 2 post season slots will be reserved for injuries that occur in the last few weeks of the year, if we stay healthy then you could use them on Holani and Sauratt (maybe; that ankle injury looked bad).
The regular season slots are down to 4 remaining and it would seem likely that Sundell Saubert and Young get 3 of those slots. Rylie could take the 4th potentially.

Ps. Yes I think the most likely spot on the roster he takes is Mike Morris unless they want to take another lineman and weaken another position group

I had high expectations for Mike morris, especially with his college ties to Mike McDefense but he has never really grabbed a spot
