Sitting at 2-9, Pete had to throw a 'virgin' into the volcano in hopes that it will satisfy the Raider football Gods.
Chips a virgin, who would have thought? Well maybe being the master of the hurry up wasn't just football thenSitting at 2-9, Pete had to throw a 'virgin' into the volcano in hopes that it will satisfy the Raider football Gods.
Geno's problem wasn't between the 20's, it was between the ears. And never has been. Good between the 20s. That's about it.
Pete if he doesn't bench him firstGeno has now managed to get both Grubb and Kelly fired. Wonder who his next victim will be?
I agree. IMO Mac and/or JS realized that they had made a mistake with Grubbs and saw a better option available with Kubiak. I don't think it had anything to do with Geno.Grubb got himself fired, had absolutely nothing to do with Geno.
That would be twice for PetePete if he doesn't bench him first
He wants the ball, he's gonna score.Late to the conversation about past players we drafted or signed. I was pissed they passed on Ryan Mallett the year they drafted Carpenter as a guard. Then I was ok with it and kinda accepted he was going to be a bruising ass guard. Then I watched a preseason game where that dude looked like he was running a wr route and got called for ineligible player down the field and said alright, this dude made a mistake.. Then he did it again hahaha.
Promotions!! Promotions for everyone! You get a promotion! You get a promotion! PROOOOOMOTIOOOOONS!!!Chip Kelly ain't mad. Think his $15-18 million dollar contract was guaranteed?
Also wonder if Brennan Carroll (OL coord) and Nate Carroll (assistant QB coach) will get fired. Doubt it though.
No, your right, he did ok between the twenties, it was when he got on either side of them he tended to give the ball to the team in the other jerseyGeno's problem wasn't between the 20's, it was between the ears.
grubb seemed like he wasn’t willing to conform to the running type of team Mike wanted. Maybe wouldn’t or couldn’t, but either way he was just too unwilling to adjust what he wanted to do with what he needed to doI agree. It was different for Grubb when he had Odunze ,Pinex & co. Running go routes vs Eastern Montana welding college .grubb seemed like he wasn’t willing to conform to the running type of team Mike wanted.
