That's not bad actually..aside from Zabel....I think this is the best list so far this season.

Yeah Mike essentially confirmed that last week. There were things on the imagery that were new so I think they are considering IR / an elongated absence

Haha me too. I literally did a Google search for Seahawks Holt and all I came up with was Torry Holt. Then I started thinking maybe that it’s short for someone’s name or nickname for someone. I was completely baffled.

Good news today is that Zabel did practice in a limited capacity. Of course if it’s too soon he could take a step back tomorrow but for now I’m taking it as a win.

Please tell me what that is? How do you miss a game and maybe two
with that?
I have a hard time understanding, I remember playing soccer and getting
bruises up and down my shins every game because the guards would fall
out during the game.
To this day not one hair grows on my shins.. Truth!
