There are numerous thing that can help pass pro just in playcalling, schemes, formations and such. Finally we have an OC that can do all those things.

I think it'll take more than one successful year before he gets snagged. His year in New Orleans got an "incomplete" grade for most people.

Teams stuffing the box is part of the challenge...but we aren't exploiting the edges like we should in those cases. Blocking is definitely an issue.

True that. And also receivers getting open on time as the play is designed. JSN helping big time in that department.

Schneid's also knocked it out of the park with getting Zabel in the draft. Dude is everything we could have hoped for and more. He's already up their with the best guards in the league... as a rookie...incredible how everything has come together.

Yeah. This is the part that concerns me in the long run.

Whomever replaces him has GOT TO run the Same Exact system.

But that said.....as others pointed out, it will take more than just one season for other teams to come a-knockin'.

I think he'll be here for at least 3 seasons.

Edit: Oh, this is just for Week 9. Thought it was cumulative season ranking. Wonder how all the teams rank cumulatively so far.

I'm not so sure. He has zero personality to inspire a team in my opinion. Could be one of those coordinators who is just good at what they do like Spags.
