Definitely one of the ugliest knee/leg injuries I've ever seen. Didn't watch the game, but happened to see a clip of it online. Multiple ligaments and ACL torn. Link below, intentionally not embedded in this post, watch at your own risk. Post also mentions "likely tibia/fibula fracture," but an NFL.com write-up on the injury does not. Sad to see, but hope he can make a comeback some day.

Looked gross. I can't stand the guy, so I can't say I felt that bad for him. Wife and child beater, pos.

But.........that was bad bad bad. His foot was also pointing backwards.

Tyler Lockett had a similarly gruesome injury awhile back, but that one tops it as the entire leg was twisted backwards. Not exactly a graphic the league wants to try to encourage parents to let their kids turn out for football.

What was the main cause of the injury was the left leg was completely straight causing it to hyperextend when the foot made contact with the ground leading to the real injury

Well his WR diva days are over now. His value won't warrant it anymore. Such is the NFL. He was already just past his prime. Lowly Dolphins now will get nothing for him in trade. I don't want to look at the replay of it. I'll take everyone's word for it.

This is more career-ending than season-ending.

I didn't realize a dislocated knee was so serious, thought it was akin to a shoulder or finger dislocation lol
After hearing / reading a bit more about, almost all the knee ligaments need to be torn for it to happen. Also a small chance of amputation as well.
Sounds career ending for most people, especially a player at his age.

I saw a newsflash last night about him getting injured, but I had no idea it was this bad.

I don’t see how he even gets a camp invite as all injuries are guaranteed to result in settlements in which both sides agree. And I def don’t see a team ponying up for 3M and an injury guarantee.

His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, went on the record with Rapoport to say Hill’s target date was training camp 2026 as the surgery went very well.

it’s just not going to happen. He will be a post June 1 cut who won’t be brought into a camp as a camp body because said bodies if injured get settlements. It’s way more reasonable to negotiate with bodies whose most recent experience has been ps if that vs someone who could insist on staying on their injured reserve, using their weight room and going to their meetings until they get paid vet minimum to leave. Not that he’d settle for that to begin with.

Nope. It’s just over. Tyreek needs to get real that Rosenhaus isn’t going to be around much longer to personally smooth things over with the cops or his girlfriend or his kids for him.

I don’t wish injury on anyone…but like ‘Fish said…this guy is a real piece of work.

DK might be able to beat him in a foot race now though 🫢

Ok, and didn’t Talib have to step down from broadcasting after allegedly being involved in an incident where his brother shot someone?
