I think seeing JJ McCarthy excel like this after just one year on the bench with all the negativity from everyone (media-wise) gives me hope for Milroe next year. You are right, the Vikings are well-coached. The HC didn't panic, stayed calm.

McConnell is a great offensive coach and Flores is a great defensive coach. It's really nice when you have that taken care of. And yes, McConnell is a real cool customer as a HC.
