Not sure why all the Rodgers hate. Seen many non football interviews and he seems like an open minded down to earth guy who doesn't buy in to corporate media narratives and propaganda

He creates his own media narratives. He has a personal media bootlicker to "tell his side" when he doesn't like the current spin on things (Pat Mcafee). He's the single most overrated player in the history of the league. (not saying he's not a good player. He simply isn't "the best thrower of the football ever" like some media sycophants like to call him.) He consistently throws his teammates and coaches under the bus when things don't go well for him. He uses the refs to get calls like few other QBs have gotten away with (Brady and Mahomes, basically), he pushes the rules to get cheap penalties (the offense is supposed to give time to substitute but he has designed plays to catch people mid-substitution and catch 12 men on the field). You might call that smart strategy and you'd have a good argument. I consider it cheap and unsportsmanlike and there's a reason other teams don't do it.

Crying about not getting chance in OT after choking NFC Championship game to us. His bitching changed OT rules, which i absolutely hate.

Other than that I don't mind him. He's mastered his art, and he's cocky about it. So what? His interviews are funny to me, because he doesn't give a shit. I actually wouldn't have minded if we went with Rodgers over Darnold. We'd have a better chance of being a Cinderella with him this year, and next year I'm so ready for Milroe

People started hating when he wouldn't take the jab...seahawks fans always hated him. Started not minding him when he went anti establishment...but still hate him mostly.

He annoyed me around the fail Mary game, but everyone who wasn't a Seahawks fan pushed that narrative. I hated him during the LOB years on a sports level. I love the fact he speaks out against the covid bs and the jabs, which have caused tons of deaths that were being covered up, I personally knew someone who died from it from a blood clot and he believed the safe and effect bull. Travis Kelce on the other hand sold his soul to Pfizer and he can piss off.

I remember when he jabbed at RW for his faith. Didn't like that much. Then he beat us I believe. Rodgers is just too old. Tomlin I could see getting another job. Whoever is in charge of personnel needs fired. I will take the non popular opinion here that their best decision was the the rookie from Ohio state. Whenever a team starts juggling short term qbs as a quick fix its difficult to see any clear path.

Seems like every time he played the Seahawks he did everything in his power to beat us, ARRRRRG!
He's the worst. I am not a fan.
I mean except for being one of the biggest philanthropist in the NFL with his many foundations and charities.
From the MACC fund that fights childhood cancer to Camp Hometown Heroes that supports kids who lost their Dad in the military, his contributions are many.
A youtube dive is very revealing.
My favorite is Aaron Rodgers surprises Annie- Full story. Annie, gold in September.

Let's just all hope he retires after this year and we never have to look at his ugly face again.

Was one of the best, ten years ago. Now at age 41, not sure how much he has left.

I get that he was the best option for the Steelers, but they will need him to be better than he was last year to succeed. It's not like the Steelers' offense has other strong elements and just needs a smart game manager. They have Najee Harris, a terrible O-line, and no wide receivers except DK.

I would have done the march for Arch instead.

When he was in GB and they were losing he seemed to will them to win like 5 years ago
His redeeming qualities might not outweigh his rough around the edges ones but we only hear what fans n pundits say , i really don't wanna deep dive him cuz i enjoy sports hating him a little too much but have to respect a bit even if it's all with a grain of salt

You mean is Tomlin fired if the Steelers don't win? I would say no, because the Steelers aren't one QB away from winning the Super Bowl. A lot of deficiencies on that team, especially on the offensive side.

My post was 100% sarcasm aimed at trying to inject some truth into the conversation. I know the real reason 'they' don't like AR and those conversations are off limits.
The part about his philanthropy was an attempt to have people take an honest look at the guy. A waste of time I'm sure.
