In a lofty place tanglin' with Satan over history.
Does this qualify as a salad?

I wonder if JSN has discovered the carnivore way of eating lots of steak and eggs
I just wolfed down 5 thick ass scrambled cheese egg & chopped bacon street style tacos 5 minutes ago and I'm debating on whether or not to heat the skillet back up to fry some more tortillas u for 5 more! One of my absolute favorite late night snacks.

If this is a bigger, stronger, more physical JSN capable of maintaining blocks and fighting off the jam in press coverages with increased play-strength combined with a more violent, more explosive initial punch and hand fighting… color me intrigued.

If I had to guess his motivation he is determined to drop the “slot” label and by proxy the “soft” label, and is ready to show the NFL he’s one of the best WRs in the game no matter where he lines up.

And he wants to put the belt to ass on the Lenoirs of the league.

All I know is 1. the Wide Zone stresses capable and quality blockers from all offensive personnel and 2. if you can’t jam JSN within 5 yards of the LOS, he’s rarely going to lose the technical battle.

Bro, ‘bout to go off.

So we have what, another 2 weeks until the first mini camp to endure threads like this? God forbid any of the rookies cut off their mustaches. We will have pages upon pages dedicated to how much facial hair contributes to drag in straight line speed.

I’m not worried about his speed and agility. He’s under direct supervision of an athletic training staff. They’re not going to sacrifice his speed and agility in order to maintain blocks better…or just for the sake of bulking up.

As for having ‘too much’ muscle that promotes a higher injury rate, there’s often a poor balance of body fat. Similar to bodybuilders being at their weakest state as a competition nears. We’re talking single digit numbers for body fat.

You CAN increase muscle mass and speed. Whoever thinks this isn’t possible…I don’t know what to tell you. I agree that putting on a bunch of muscle without consideration for flexibility…for agility…won’t be the best route for a football player. If it were, we’d see a bunch of bodybuilders out there and not professional athletes.

But JSN has all the resources possible available to him. He’s an elite athlete…and I see this newly added muscle as a sign of hard work, determination….and expect him to dominate (again).

You guys are nuts…😂🤣

Hey! @RolandDeschain said it is physically IMPOSSIBLE, and provided absolutely no proof other than "believe me guys, I know what I am talking about about, really just trust me" LMAO

You just run around lying, don't you? I didn't say it's impossible. Why don't you actually quote what I said, you lying POS?

Yes mods, at this point I'm attacking the poster not the post, ban me if you want as long as you step on this clown for lying as well.

Learn to take a joke my dude.

Also...

Improving agility with gaining weight, sure. Improving SPEED from gaining weight I dare say, is nearly nonexistent. At least, in the context of professional athlete scenarios.

I wouldn't quite go this far. You can't gain weight and not have it have an impact on speed/agility.

Quoted before you could edit these out LMAO

Hey man, it's all good. You clearly hate being proven wrong and I get it. Let's just move on so as not over run the thread. If you want to be taken to school more over the topic, we can do it via PM.
