Technically, Largent was traded to Seattle for an eighth-round draft pick. “But in reality, I was home in Oklahoma City getting ready to get on with the rest of my life because I had been released on a Monday and I think Seattle didn’t call until Wednesday. I had gone back to Oklahoma City to start my life’s work.”

I was barely awake when I posted that. All I saw was Largent. Not sure I would actually count his time as an Oiler as a first act.

It's all good. He did play in 4 pre season games for them though. Regardless, let's just take his election to congress as his second act and move on. Lol

This. Plunkett was a 1st round pick out of Stanford but the Patriots, and was terrible until he got to the Radius.

Likely true, but for a few seasons he was elite. Just trying to come up with someone that hadn't been mentioned yet to fill out the list.
