Again I wrote it as my opinion as his resume not being impressive. And the man happens to be black. Thats why i said it has to be the rooney rule. I dont see anyone saying he would be a good OC and no one mentioned his name before as wanting him to be the guy. My opinion is Not that no one wants him because he is black. Don't get it twisted.

Yeah and it’s really pathetic watching them try and justify their position as being formed from logic rather than the racism they clearly have deeply embedded in their psyche.
Seriously, putting aside all the whining about DEI, which is just another code word, having an issue with a rule that requires a minority interview, not a HIRING, just an interview, is a deeply racist attitude. It won't kill anyone just to talk to a black candidate.
