If we had a line and could run the ball and be more balanced I do not see why Geno couldn't do better back there. He has many upsides.

Sam Darnold looked very good yesterday, is relatively young and is a FA next season. Should we consider making a run at acquiring him?
Absolutely. He's only 27. He wasn't exactly handed much to work with before this season. Kid is a hell of a QB and he makes damn good decisions. Some of those throws yesterday were ridiculous.

There’s a good reason he was a high draft pick and he was pretty darn good at USC.

Oh yeah. As a fellow Dawg fan, I know you remember how he kicked us in the gut in college. Kid has a ton of talent.

Really depends on what the price tag ends up being. One single good year won’t get him top pay that’s for sure.
