I don't mind, players and coaches seem to get along with him. He should be down there getting a feel for the people getting the checks. Don't think for a second he doesn't see who is deserving of what. Step up, and get paid...or F around and get the axe.

I don't think this is like the boss at the factory walking around looking at people sternly and making them uncomfortable. It should be considered a good thing if Schneider has a positive relationship with the coaches and players.

There’s a huge difference. Jerry jones is an owner. Schneider is an employee like everyone else on the sidelines.

the difference here is JS is the GM and Jerry is the owner... It's the GM's job to be on the field and it's the owners job to pay him for being on the field.... I think you got something switched up in your head because your comment makes zero sense..
