IMO i think murphy being out is the single most crucial part of the defense. I dont find it coincidental we look like last yrs defense, without murphy. Since obviously we didnt have him last yr.

He was barely down before he was signaling for the time out, and people believe he wasn’t aware of the clock.

He was not making it past that safety. If he didn’t go down there, he might not have had the time, nor the presence of mind, to pop up and get the time out.
