I think Charb/McIntosh will be just fine. It seems like everyone on the squad has stepped up and is responding to the coaching/studying (noticeably the DL/LB). Time for the RB room to do the same.

It would be nice to see the OL do the same, but that generally takes a few weeks into the season. Unless someone is signed off the street or traded for, I'm not sure there is a solution on the roster right now.

I'm waiting to see if they elevate Holani from the PS. I would hope for that, Grubbs would want an extra RB available... just in case.

I really hope we don't look back on Walker's time with us and say "If only he could have stayed healthy."
Was thinking the same thing. Carson…Penny…now K9.

I know other teams suffer injury at RB but, it feels like we ALWAYS have something going on with ours.

I've been very unimpressed with Charbs so far, but it's early. He could just as easily join the likes of DJ Hackett and Paul Richardson on my list of Seahawks I was initially underwhelmed by but ended up liking them greatly.

Yeah, about that ‘next man up’ thing?

Inactives/ out vs Pats:

George Fant - right tackle
Michael Jerrell - right tackle
Sataoa Laumea - right tackle
Abe Lucas - right tackle

Which leaves Stone Forsyth - who plays/is listed as a left tackle - plus whoever is left on the practice squad

The only other healthy OL on the depth chart are guards and centers

I hope Walker is able to run again soon. He's a piece that will make our defense just that much better. Opponents are already fearing this D. When our D comes in after consistently sustained rests? They'll all be peeing themselves.

Nail what? Asking for a player to have a great game? Yeah I think everyone is hoping for that. Unless you were being facetious?
Facetious about what? My hope that KMac would dominate the game? No.

Facetious about nailing my "prediction"? Yes, very much so.

We gave up 185 yards rushing. We also gave a middling TE his highest receiving yardage for his career. All while playing a career backup at QB. This defense has a long way to go to be feared.

But did the defense come up big when it was needed most? Did they not get a 3 and out in the overtime which gave our offense the ball and ability to score the game winning field goal?
