Wow, was hoping to get multiple years, but that's dirt-cheap if he's healthy. I imagine he'll be especially motivated this year, given that he'll be 28 and likely in-demand for a larger deal.

Excellent move! Can't do better than that with an August free agent signing!

Improving the interior of our offensive line is a really good and necessary thing. Can’t complain about this pick up this time of the year

Seahawks are batting 1.000 with top FAs with Williams for last names. Reeling in Leonard Williams again earlier and now Connor Williams.

Not a good sign for the team's optimism about Oluwatimi.
He'll get his chances. This should allow us to break him in a little more. Connor can play multiple positions too, so Olu should see plenty of action if he earns it. If he doesn't shine on the field, I suspect we'd make more of an effort to get Connor in here long term.

He & his agent probably only wanted a 1 year deal so that he can potentially hit the market and command a bigger salary next year. He & Rosenhaus are banking on him staying healthy & productive this year.

Some good play clips about 1 third of the way into video.

If he is productive, the Hawks can either sign him to an extension... or let him go into FA and perhaps be awarded a compensatory draft pick. Lots of variables in play... lots.
