Definitely would. Burrow is a top 5 QB.

Damn, imagine Chase and DK on the same team. Wouldn't be us in this circumstance, but still.

As for the question, I don't know how you say no to that.

That’s an interesting question. Joe Burrow Has that Brady vibe. He has a lot to do to every sniff TB12, but he makes guys better, and plays with an edge and confidence.

That said, injury concerns would have to a consideration. I’m fine moving on from DK, but Spoon is a future defensive star. QB is the most important position on the field, without a doubt. Does Burrow win a championship if he can’t stay on the field?

If the Hawks made a commitment to upgrade LG, and possibly make a commitment to let Joe play his game - yes.

Add the Seahawks 1st round picks in 2024 and 2025 and maybe the Bengals would consider it. Metcalf and Witherspoon are worth less than what the Seahawks got for Wilson and Burrow is worth more than Wilson.

While I'm not comfortable with Burrow's injury history, a team needs to be willing to move heaven and earth to land a franchise QB. Otherwise, you're us.

Joe Burrow. I would.
Ain't trading Spoon for shit.

He's basically been the bright spot of the season at this point IMHO. He's the overperforming underestimated dude (yayayay high in the draft - got it) as opposed to the OVERWHELMINGLY underperforming overestimated other parts of the team - particularly on defense.

Nope.

This. Some Hawks fans are a trip. So quick to want to trade our better players.

With Pete still being here,,,,no. It wouldn't make a difference. If Pete was gone,,,,,in a second.
You know, I think the reason I hate this catch-all stance so much is that it completely absolves one from posting any actual football thoughts. It's just a complete punt on considering... anything. Any possibility.

Scheme in and outs? Possible new coordinators? Hypothetical trades? Acquisitions, cap management, cuts, draft picks... All stifled by "Pete" comments.

Mael, at this point what's the use? We've been through the different coordinator, different players, different QB's, the talk of X and O's, the talk of injuries, the schedules, the data and stats, money and contracts, drafts and free agents, etc, etc,,,and it always seems to end the same way. It's going on 9 years now. Don't you feel that we're past the actual football thoughts at this point and we should be looking at the ever present constant?
