I'm just saying that it's a pretty shitty move to make, and it wouldn't go over well on any level of the organization. Quarterback is a position that is highly dependent on development, which itself is highly dependent on organizational chemistry, supporting cast, and play time.
Taking a quarterback at 5 and 37 would be dumb, too. Doesn't really have to be two firsts.
Taking quarterbacks at 2 and 102 is different, though. One is clearly being taken as a depth player with no expectation at an immediate path to starting, whereas pick 2 overall is where you'd select an instant starter and franchise player.
