I don't like it.

What is your reasoning for wanting to make that trade?

Its not me, its the teams trying to make this deal.

Its on Seahawks.Com
Bro, you should have provided the link in your initial post. I thought you were playing on the mock draft simulator, doing pie in the sky stuff.

If you’re not sold on who you think would be left of the top 4 QBs and don’t value Anderson that much over the other defenders…the ‘24 R1 should be somewhere in the middle of the round and would give you ammo to move up for a QB if you’re not happy with Geno or just planning ahead.

I’d be happier with #97 or even ‘24 R2 over #118.

If PCJS don't believe their QBOTF is there at #5, this would be an ideal trade.

There will be all types of good talent still available at 16. Add an extra gamble in the 4th round this year plus extra 1st round ammo to get a QBOTF next year.

Puts the Seahawks in a much better position. They NEED a QBOTF, unless they really think Lock is the guy (which I doubt).

Trading down to #16 is too far down.

They will get something like this. Another first rounder is why you do it. Plus wasn’t Aaron Donald like 13th or something?

Yes, I'm pulling the trigger on that trade. It's unlikely that Anderson is available at 5 and Carter has so many question marks now that I'd be willing to take the chance of him sliding or not getting him. This would mean we still have 2 first round picks this year and then 2 first round picks next year too.

I think I'd counter with one more pick next year though.

Not saying I would do this, however the one thing that does tempt me is the possibility that Washington could stink, and we would have another Denver scenario like this past season. I heard that next year's quarterback class is supposed to be better, but that is what we hear every year.

If Washington and Seattle have near the same records next year, that they had this last year, then we won't have the draft capital to trade up to #1 or #2.

Stupid. We need more from this draft than a fourth rounder to move from 5 to 16. God seems to finally be looking fondly on the Commanders now that Dan Snyder is selling the team; and they could easily be a borderline playoff squad.

I am guessing the 2 worst teams next year will be QB needy and won’t be trading out. I am expecting Williams and Maye to be the selections. It would take 3 first rd + picks. If Seattle wants to draft a QB of the future it is this year
