I would definitely not rather live in Detroit. And outside of the food, I also think New York sucks. They have to live in the most depressing place in the country. Being abrasive is all they have.
I'd rather live in friggin' Detroit.
That certainly gave Jeremey a lot to think about on his plane ride home. And since they seem to like animated gifs in that thread, here is one for them:
Speaking of smug, has there ever been a more smug TE in the NFL than this guy? I hated Shockey. And since they seem to like animated gifs in that thread, here is one for them:

Edit: For those that don't remember this it was against the Seahawks and Shockey was celebrating a game winning field goal before it went through. The Seahawks ended up winning. It was a game in which both teams were doing their damndest not to win.
Ok, can't agree with this. I live in New York and even though I look forward to the day I get to move back to Western WA, this city is great. They have to live in the most depressing place in the country. Being abrasive is all they have.

You think New York is worth visiting as a tourist? Me and the wife haven been talking about going for a while but never pulled the trigger.Speaking of smug, has there ever been a more smug TE in the NFL than this guy? I hated Shockey.

Unless you mean Jersey, which is where these teams actually play, in which case: Yeah, screw that place.

Yeah, absolutely. There is a lot of stuff to do here. There is a lot of diversity of what to do as well. You think New York is worth visiting as a tourist? Me and the wife haven been talking about going for a while but never pulled the trigger.
Yeah, I can see that. I don't go to Jersey unless I have to. (Though I know and work with a lot of people live there because it's more affordable than NYC which is ridiculously overpriced.)There's some magical parts of the city, but the surrounding area is just the epitome of soulless and depressing. Especially that Jersey part. So dirty looking.
