Nah. He can execute the concepts. The team is hurting on the edge and a guy with SAM experience can be crucial here. All the guys who can set an edge successfully keep getting injured. We know Bruce can, as a part timer if nothing else.

I think the entire league already knows we are desperate. Those that haven't feasted on this defense have seen the tape. No secrets on how bad this defense is!! Wasting a practice squad spot?? There are constantly guys signed and released that no one has ever heard of. The beauty of the practice squad now over how it used to be, is that you can check out vets to see if they still have something in the tank. I'm fine with this signing. Personally I'd like to see KJ signed too.
