this is what Geno always has done, he folds underneath pressure. There is a reason why he has been a backup for so long and hasn't gotten starter opportunities.

This is good for us long term. Think back to beating the Broncos. That was our ‘Bowl. Buckle up… gonna be a long year. Fire Pete at the end.
It sucks watching us lose but a good portion of us understand long term this is better for us. It sucks rooting for the 49ers too but with Denver's #1 we have a good chance of one of those picks being high enough to get our QB without trading assets to move up.

You would have a better time cheering against Denver than for the Hawks this year.

Not interested in sitting through loss after loss all season, then get 2023's version of Trey Lance.
Losing talk is for losers, no?

Cmon guys you know the drill. Even if you think the team sucks, you root for the W until the postseason is all but a mathematical impossibility.

This loss isn't on Geno at all. That defense is pure garbage.
Your first sentence is wrong.
Your 2nd sentence is correct.

It’s not an either or thing, it’s a BOTH thing.

Geno didn’t make the plays with the game on the line.
Defense was horrifically bad.

I’m ALL for the W and I hope we win them all from here out… always will…

But that game is NOT on Geno’s last pass… he actually kept us in it with DK and some clutch throws/catches.

Bottom line is all of us, you included, know this team isn’t going far regardless right now… I’m truly expecting some between 1 (that was glorious) and 3. Atlanta beating us may help with some draft picks down the road/next season. We had a TRUE shot at a couple big wins through these first few… but we shit the bed last week and lost to some people’s worst team in the league today. At home. With Mariota. And Cordelle’s best game ever on the ground.

I’m all about winning but I’m looking for improvement… nothing yet as early as it is.

I am a Seahawks fan and I want a top pick to get a real QB
Ok Bro Tater, you do you.

I’m going to root for my team to win every game they play.

Next year or the year after will be what it is, and even if a few games this year changes future picks (or anything else) none of that is a guarantee.

First round or top picks consistently don’t pan out or live up to expectations.

Personally I get much more enjoyment (entertainment) from cheering for today than I get from speculating on what might be somewhere down the road.

Again, you do you. I’m simply explaining my viewpoint.

That’s fine

I just don’t care if they win or not this year because they are not very good. Bust a not, I would rather have a higher pick going into the draft.

The draft is going to be the Super Bowl for me this year

You keep cheering for the real one. Good luck.
